Due to the digital nature of our ISO 27001:2022 implementation resources, including workbooks, templates, and associated materials, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns for any of our digital products.
2. Conditions and Limitations
Digital Products: This policy applies to all digital products offered by 27001 Compliance Resources, including but not limited to downloadable workbooks, templates, and online resources.
Immediate Access: Upon purchase, customers gain immediate access to the digital resources. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.
No Exceptions: We do not offer refunds or returns for any reason, including but not limited to:

As stated above, we do not offer returns or refunds. Therefore, there is no formal process for requesting a return or refund.
